Rules of Competition

Key modifications to the rules include:

• All free kicks are “indirect” (they must touch two players before a goal can be scored) and there are no penalty kicks.

• A “Build out line” is used for goal kicks.

• There are no goalkeepers.

• Deliberately heading the ball is not allowed (results in an indirect free kick).

• The ball can travel in any direction when play is started/restarted from the center mark.
